Proper /etc/fstab entry for handling USB by user

This will allow mounting of FAT formatted sticks.
/dev/sda1 /mnt/stick auto codepage=737,iocharset=iso8859-7,user,noauto,owner 0 0

This will allow user to mount/unmount and execute from usb at /dev/sda1 provided the stick is formatted to one of supported filesystems

/dev/sda1 /mnt/hd auto user,noauto,owner,rw,exec,noatime 0 0

Most Linux GUIs have nowdays automounters and such but nothing can be compared to the power of the shell.
